Mr. Bento Lunch Jar

The more I think about it the more I believe that I should go out and purchase one. Basically you have these little canisters for all your food and it vacuum seals everything keeping your warm food warm and your cold food cold. I could rock my ipod speakers over lunch break in the park. It would be like a picnic every day! Man, I get excided about the strangest things….

I just wanted to write a quick note about my new discovery: El Cubano Food Bag Market. This market is very close to my work and I have driven by it a million times but it never occurred to me to go inside. Then one hot day I had a craving for a cold soda so I went inside. This market blew me away. To your left was a great assortment of specialty cakes and breads and beyond that is all kinds of delicious looking hot food. Cuban style chicken, ribs, stews, Fried Plantains, Black Beans you name it. And it’s also a full sized grocery store selling Cuban coffee, snacks and sodas. I love Cuban soda! My current favorite right now is IronBeer. It’s kind of like Mr. Pib or Dr. Pepper but not as sweet and contains no caffeine.
